Government has constituted Haryana State Technical Education Society –HSTES
(formerly known as Haryana State Counseling Society-HSCS), in the Department of
Technical Education for implementation of transparent and uniform procedure for
admissions to various Undergraduate/
Postgraduate and Diploma Courses
approved by AICTE in the institutions strictly on merit basis in a fair and
transparent manner in the State. The
Society is the nodal agency for carrying out Online Off-campus counseling for admissions to various AICTE
approved/ technical courses in the State.
The admissions in all technical institutions in the State
offering Degree/Diploma Courses approved by AICTE and affiliated to the concerned Board /University, are made
strictly as per the admission schedule published in the admission brochure. Admissions
schedule for various courses are decided by Haryana State Technical Education
Society.
